The CITY OF HOLYOKE, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Roof Renovations to the City Hall Annex, DPW HQ, and the Children’s Museum/Volleyball Hall of Fame in Holyoke, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by ARCHITECTURE EL, INC.. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & CFR 200. Minimum wages/Davis Bacon wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H and CFR. 200 inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. All Bids shall be submitted online at www.biddocs.com and received no later than the date and time specified. General bidders and file sub-bidders must be certified by (DCAMM) Filed Sub-Bid Categories are the following categories Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Metals, Roofing and Flashing, Glass and Glazing, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical. These bids will be received until April 15th, 2024 2:00PM and publicly opened online. General Contractor 's Bids will be received until April 30, 2024 on 2:00PM EDT and publicly opened online. RFP 2024-43OPED Wayfinding and Signage Consultant The City of Holyoke is seeking proposals from qualified locally based companies and/or individuals with specific experience in developing comprehensive plans for vehicular/pedestrian wayfinding and integrated signage. The selected Consultant will work in conjunction with the City and relevant stakeholders to develop a Comprehensive Plan and Implementation Strategy for Wayfinding and Signage. The signage and wayfinding system will be designed to project a consistent image for vehicular and pedestrian routes to guide residents and visitors easily and safely to landmarks, facilities and community services. The Purchasing Department on behalf of the Holyoke Police Department seeks Proposals for the acquisition by lease of a minimum of 1700 square feet of mixed-use office and community space for it’s Holyoke Police ERASE II Community Program for a move-in date on or before August 1, 2024.
