Development & Governmental Relations Committee CC

Matters related to the affairs of the office of community development, the office of industrial affairs, and any matters related to the housing or community economic or industrial development and city’s acquisition or disposition of any interest in real property; (amended 05/15/2012) the Development and Government Relations Committee shall act as the Council’s “Legislative Affairs Committee”. The D&GR Committee shall have jurisdiction over all Council-issued Special Permits (except for Home Occupation and Marijuana Establishments). Governmental Relations means the following: City council wants to invite members of the community and people from outside Holyoke to come before us so that we can learn from one another.
