MEETINGS

 

Meetings are held at the lower level of the War Memorial Building Auxiliary Traffic Headquarters unless otherwise specified.

General monthly meetings are held on the first (1st) Sunday of the following months starting at 1000 hours:

  • February, May, June, October, November and December

 

General monthly meetings are held the second (2nd) Sunday of the following months starting at 1000 hours:

  • March and September

 

No scheduled meetings or training sessions are held for the following months:

  • January, April, July and August

 

The Division Commander or Designee may call a special meeting at any time.
