The Central Pioneer Valley Public Health District (CPV PHD) is a shared service arrangement funded through a Public Health Excellence grant. Serving Chicopee, Holyoke, and South Hadley, our goal is to foster collaboration, build capacity, and ensure compliance with public health standards to improve our community’s health.
