VOICE: Veterans Outreach Into Community Engagement VOICE stands for Veterans Outreach Into Community Engagement. We are outreach specialists in western Massachusetts who work in local, state and federal government and with nonprofit and community-based organizations that serve and support Veterans in our region. Our purpose is to work together to inform Veterans of benefits and services they earned and to plan outreach activities that connect Veterans to those benefits and services.
