Reverse Parking Ban Begins: Sunday, December 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM until further notice.| Parking Restrictions During Reverse Band: No parking on the EVEN-NUMBERED side of the street, unless otherwise posted and No parking on cul-de-sacs We apologize that there is no voice recording available at this time. The City of Holyoke Office for Community Development will conduct a joint public hearing and meeting of the Citizens Advisory Council on Monday January 5, 2026 at 1:00 pm virtually (https://meet.google.com/qtg-wfoj-osn) or dial: ‪(US) +1 503-908-2967‬ PIN: ‪276 220 413‬# and at 5:00 pm in the 4th Floor Conference Room of City Hall Annex, 20 Korean Veterans Plaza. The purpose of the public hearing is to assess the community needs and priorities for the FFY2026 Annual Plan (Year Two), and to review a summary of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and current HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) expenditures and activities.
