The City of Holyoke, lead city for Holyoke-Chicopee-Westfield Consortium, will conduct a virtual public hearing to review the draft of the FFY2021 Annual Plan.   The hearing will be held on Thursday April 8, 2021 at 5:30 pm.  The public is invited to attend, ask questions and provide comments on the draft plan.  Access to the public hearing is via GoogleMeets at the links below:

A thirty public comment period on the draft of the FFY2021 Annual Plan will be held from March 17, 2021 until April 19, 20201.  A draft of the Annual Plan is available online at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ScivnzaK-YDW2gbudAuWTq4o9VqPey0yxS8z2KrGzDU/edit?usp=sharing   or upon request by emailing zoellera@holyoke.org or calling 413-322-5610.  The FY2021 Annual Plan describes the activities to be funded in FY2021 with Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership funds from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.

All comments must be received by Monday April 19, 2021 by 4:00p.m. EST.  Comments may be submitted in writing by first class mail to the Office for Community Development, email to zoellera@holyoke.org, or provided verbally to an Office for Community Development employee by calling 413-322-5610.
