   1. Update on COD Budget Funds for fiscal year July 2025-June 2026. Process and Distribution. 
      1. New Zoom Virtual Account 
      2. Survey – survey ap purchase. Example: Survey Monkey, Amplifier and Microphone
      3. Transportation Aid for Disabled Residents
      4. Aid for Disabled Students/ Assistive Devices and Services
   2. Update on 22G Funds Account Process 
   3. Update on MA Bills-S.548/H.915, An Act Expanding Access to Trails for People of All Abilities “Trails for All” bill 
5. New Business: 
   1. New HP Sign Applications if applicable
   2. Complaint from resident on Holyoke Mall Accessibility
   3. Complaints (2x) from disabled residents on Farmers Market in the disabled parking (HP) at Holyoke Medical Center
   4. Concern from disabled resident and former nurse on city mitigation process for Opioid Mediation
   5. Providence Ministries – still not accessible consistently
   6. Discussion with the Holyoke Housing Authority on an available ADA compliant home.
