Reverse Parking Ban Begins: Sunday, December 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM until further notice.| Parking Restrictions During Reverse Band: No parking on the EVEN-NUMBERED side of the street, unless otherwise posted and No parking on cul-de-sacs We apologize that there is no voice recording available at this time. The City of Holyoke, lead city for Holyoke-Chicopee-Westfield Consortium, will conduct a public
meeting for the Citizens Advisory Committee. The purpose of the meeting is to review FY2022 CDBG
Proposals and a reprogramming of unallocated funds to the repair of the Wistariahurst wall and make
funding recommendations
