ID: 836 3939 8493; CALL IN *67 646 558 8656 to hear, pursuant to a Massachusetts Land Court order of remand dated June 27, 2022 and Section 10.0 of the Holyoke Zoning Ordinance, a revised Site Plan Review and Special Permits for Multiple Structures (Sec 5.4); a Parking Reduction (Sec 6.1.7); and Fence Height (Sec 4.6) submitted by Salmar Realty, LLC, for a project at 500 Easthampton Street (213-00-003), Holyoke, MA.
Salmar Realty, Inc. is proposing to construct a Dunkin Donuts and Delaney’s Market at the site.
