The Ordinance Committee of the Holyoke City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday November 29th at 6:30pm to hear a special permit application of Upper Echelon Cultivation LLC at 420 Race St Suite 1A (028-07-014) to create a marijuana manufacturing establishment.
