Pursuant to MGL Chap. 131 §40 and the Holyoke Wetlands Ordinance, the City of Holyoke Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 6:15 p.m. remotely via zoom (access instructions can be found at, https://www.holyoke.org/public-meetings/ ), on a Notice of Intent filed by SWCA Environmental Consultants on behalf of Holyoke Rows for Improvement of boat ramp and other site improvements at 8 Oscar Street (MBP 117-00-144). The proposed project includes work within banks, land under waterbodies & waterways, river front area, bordering land subject to flooding.
