The Holyoke Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom.com; ID: 836 3939 8493; CALL IN 646 558 8656 8656 to hear, pursuant to the Holyoke Zoning Ordinance, a Site Plan Review Modification petition (Sec 10) submitted by Holyoke Landing, LLC to be located at 12-44-Holyoke Street (117-00-005).
Holyoke Landing is seeking approval for a time modification to an approved Site Plan Review (144).
