The DGR Committee of the Holyoke City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday August 29th at 6:30pm to hear a special permit application of for Betlai, LLC c/o Edison Yee to reuse the existing building and abutting parking lot for the proposed development of a White Hut restaurant at 825 Hampden St & Pleasant St (092-00-111 & 112).
