City of Holyoke to Offer HAPHousing Residential Leadership Program Text Size

The City of Holyoke will offer the HAPHousing Residential Leadership Program to its residents. The program will be funded by the City of Holyoke Office for Community Development through the HUD Community Development Block Grant Program. The program will hold its sessions every Wednesday, starting May 27 and finishing on June 24.  
The Resident Leadership Program (RLP) is designed to provide tools and techniques to develop and enhance leadership skills of anyone interested in building a stronger neighborhood community. The RLP will also provide a framework for hands-on learning and a forum for discussing specific neighborhood issues along with providing opportunities for sharing best practices and solutions.
WHEN: Between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Dinner at 5:30 PM. Ever Wednesday from May 27 until June 24.

WHERE: The Picknelly Adult and Family Education Center

(Located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Holyoke Transportation Center at 206 Maple Street)

WHO: Residents of Holyoke

OTHER: Childcare, Spanish translation, and transportation can be coordinated.
