Winter Parking Ban

The City of Holyoke, Department of Public Works, has issued a regular Winter Parking Ban to be in effect from:

SATURDAY FEBRUARY 8 AT 6:00 P.M. UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

THERE WILL BE NO PARKING ON THE ODD SIDE OF THE STREET UNLESS OTHERWISE POSTED

AND NO PARKING ON CUL-DE-SACS

City Hall

City Hall and City Hall Annex are open to all visitors, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. As of September 7, 2021, masks are required for everyone when entering any city buildings.

City departments may continue to restrict the number of visitors in their office at one time. Members of the public seeking City Hall assistance are asked to contact (by phone or email) departments with requests. The City continues to offer many of its services online and can fulfill many requests petitioned via phone call or email.
