Holyoke Crisis Response Protocol Text Size

According to the United States Department of Education, “If you do not have a crisis plan in place, it is time to develop one. If you have one, review, practice, and update your plan.”

The City of Holyoke and the Holyoke School Department have taken steps to heed this warning. It takes a team and a community effort to ensure the safety for all Holyoke children. Holyoke Police, Holyoke Fire, school officials, teachers and a “crisis team” of representatives of each school, the public schools’ central office, along with the Massachusetts State Police are fine tuning the crisis response protocol.

Please read and review the following statement from the Holyoke School and Holyoke officials.
