1.New Business

A) Notice of Intent: DEP 186-0268

  • Applicant: Eversource
  • Representative: Tighe & Bond
  • Location: Connecticut River,  South of the former Mount Tom Coal Generating Station
  • Description: Temporary pad construction to facilitate insulator replacement at structure 7107/1109 located along utility line 1447/1428 east of Route 5.  The insulator replacement is being filled under section 310 CMR 10.02(2)(a)(2) which allows for activities conducted to repair, replace, but not substantially change or enlarge an existing lawfully located structures.  Additionally, the Applicant is requesting that Limited Project Status be granted for pad grading activities within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding and the 200-Foot Riverfront Resource Area per 310 CMR 10.53(3)(d).

B) Request for Determination of Applicability

  • Location: 30 Water Street
  • Description: Construction of a Containerized Data Unit within the 200’ Riverfront Resource Area on a section of the RRA that is previously degraded.
