Hello Holyoke Community, please be advised that the Department of Public Works has issued a Winter Parking Ban to begin on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 starting at 7:00 am. There will be no parking on the ODD side of the street unless otherwise posted and No Parking on Cul-de-sacs. This parking ban will be in effect until otherwise notified.

Hola, comunidad de Holyoke, Por favor, tengan en cuenta que el Departamento de Obras Públicas ha emitido una prohibición de estacionamiento de invierno que comenzará el martes, 2 de diciembre de 2025, a partir de las 7:00 a.m. No se permitirá estacionar en el lado impar de la calle, hasta que se indique lo contrario, y no se permitirá estacionar en los callejones sin salida.

Milling operations on Easthampton Rd (Route 141) are still scheduled to begin on Monday, September 23rd.

Milling operations on Easthampton Rd (Route 141) are still scheduled to begin on Monday, September 23rd.  As such, the following detours are planned:
  • Monday, Sept. 23rd
    • Westbound traffic (from Easthampton to Holyoke) will be detoured to Clark St to East St and will follow the detour used for closing Mountain Rd during inclement weather from that point.
    • Eastbound traffic (from Holyoke to Easthampton) will be detoured to Southampton Rd, County Rd, Line Rd to Park St where they will access the center of Easthampton.
  • Tuesday, Sept. 24th
    • Westbound traffic (from Easthampton to Holyoke) will be detoured to East St and will follow the detour used for closing Mountain Rd during inclement weather from that point.
    • Eastbound traffic (from Holyoke to Easthampton) will be detoured to Southampton Rd, County Rd, Line Rd to Park St where they will access the center of Easthampton.
  • Wednesday, Sept. 25th
    • Westbound traffic (from Easthampton to Holyoke) will be detoured to East St and will follow the detour used for closing Mountain Rd during inclement weather from that point.
    • Eastbound traffic (from Holyoke to Easthampton) – no detour
  • Thursday, Sept. 26th
    • Westbound traffic (from Easthampton to Holyoke) will be detoured to East St and will follow the detour used for closing Mountain Rd during inclement weather from that point.
    • Eastbound traffic (from Holyoke to Easthampton) – no detour
It should be noted that local traffic, buses, and delivery services will be allowed through although there may be minor delays.
