Accepted minutes as submitted.

Old Business:

Battery status. Looking at replacing the floor cleaner as the old batteries have not been found yet. Kevin will ask the Boys and Girls club who they use. Looking for a complete refinishing of the main floor. Seeking quotes. Tabled until further notice.

Sound system. Looking for third quote. Nelson Serrao will seek a vendor. Tabled until further notice.

POW display. All items are complete now. Add to list of monuments on the web site. Add to building process sheet to insure it remains complete.

Building monitors and building cleanup. Looking for list of hours from each board member. Contact Steve and if necessary Matt from DPW. Need to improve oversight of facilities maintenance. Need to generate a list of responsibilities for the facility.

Electric event board. Funding denied for this cycle. Need to get three quotes to submit a request next time. Possible combine Sherifs needs for signage. Need to update existing sign to remove tenants no longer present.

Elevator bill has been taken care of.

State power resource report complete. HGE submitted the report.

Vetrans services personnel. Leadership is still vacant.

Need a list of emails for agenda announcements. Will try to create some form of automatic list.

Budget requests discussed.

New Items:

Volunteers at high school filled.

Next meeting May 13th.

Add Chief Dietrich memorial naming for next meeting.

Need building commission building keys for DPW meeting. Also need new codes.
