Old business
Stage lights.  No progress
Sound system.  ATC Audio contacted to design and install a new sound system.  ATC will be requested to give a design and quote.  Results will be presented to Pat Duffy for submittal to the state.
Mail Box Inventory:
Propose that we label each postal box with sequential numbers as in WMB 1-10.  Commissioners would have WMB 1.
Don will as best as possible contact existing entities that receive mail at our building.
Farmers Market Report:  Successful
Senior Walk:  Successful.
WWII veterans charter change.  City council approved wording to remove the requirement of being WWII veteran for two of the Soldiers Memorial Commission positions.
Finance Committee Meeting RE War Memorial Meeting on December 13th at 6:30pm.  Item four Capital Stabilization $30,240 for building improvements.
New Business:
Wrestling:  How much and when do we get paid?  Proof of insurance, police and fire department contracted.  Are they selling food and or alcohol.  Present their proposal formally in person at our meeting.  Identify largest attendance that would be accepted.
Around 250 attendees anticipated.
Propose Laddy contact the Wrestling management and arrange for a presentation.
