Item 1: Mayoral appointment of Dr. Stephanie N. Marcotte to serve as a member of the Library Board of Directors through February 2024.
Item 2: Mayoral appointment of Joan Plummer to serve as a member of the Library Board of Directors through February 2022.
Item 3: Mayoral appointment of Jason Lefebvre to serve as a member of the Library Board of Directors through February 2023.
Item 4: Mayoral appointment of Richard Purcell to serve as a Commissioner of the Soldier’s Memorial through September 30, 2023.
Item 5: Mayoral appointment of Dr. John A. Perdrizet to serve as a member of the Conservation Commission through February 1, 2023.
Item 6: Mayoral appointment of Rosa Pantoja to serve as a member of the Holyoke Economic Development and Industrial Corporation (HEDIC) through June 30, 2021.
