Item 1: PUBLIC HEARING 5-18-21 – Special Permit Application of Pleasantrees Inc for a Marijuana Growth Facility at 111 Mosher St (050-01-004 & 051-01-002) to retrofit the building into a marijuana cultivation and processing facility.
Item 2: PUBLIC HEARING 6-15-21 MURPHY — Ordered that the city council raise the sewer fee to a minimum of $8.05 per 1000 gallons in order to make certain that the enterprise fund no longer operates with deficits, but also to plan for the additional needed improvements funded by debt service.
