The City of Holyoke, lead city for Holyoke-Chicopee-Westfield Consortium, will conduct a public meeting for the Citizens Advisory Committee to review and discuss community needs in the areas of Housing, Public Services, Infrastructure, Public Facilities and more.  The purpose of the review is to prepare for the FY2022 Community Development Block Grant season and to assist in the development of the FY2022 Annual Plan for submittal to HUD.
