Counting ballots received after 4pm on Election Day November 3, 2020 and ballots received and postmarked on or before November 3, 2020 and received by US Postal no later than 5pm on November 6, 2020.
As City Hall still remain closed to the public, we respectfully request observers register by emailing clerks@holyoke.org in advance of this Post Election Tabulation.
