MINUTES
Pursuant to Chapter 20, Section 20 of the Acts of 2021, the special Meeting of the Holyoke Retirement Board was called to order by Chairperson Jack McCarthy at 9:02 A.M. Present were Michele Aubrey, Cheryl Dugre (zoom), Tanya Wdowiak, Todd McGee. Also present were Cyril Espanol-journalist (zoom) and Executive Director Anthony Dulude.
Investment Consultant – &CO Brian Green made presentation to Board for organizational purposes- also covered was Where we are today/Next steps. Asset allocation, and Board actions going forward.
The Board conducted manager reviews pursuant to 840 CMR 16.07. Via Zoom:
Western Asset- Frances Coombes
The Board deemed that Western Asset is doing their due diligence with respect to the investment standards set forth in their contracts.
Board closed the meeting at 10:05am.
