HOLYOKE RETIREMENT BOARD

JULY 19, 2023

MINUTES

 

Pursuant to Chapter 20, Section 20 of the Acts of 2021, the regular Meeting of the Holyoke Retirement Board was called to order by Chairperson Jack McCarthy at 9:00 A.M.  Present were Cheryl Dugre (via Zoom), Tanya Wdowiak and Todd McGee. Absent Michele Aubrey. Also present were Executive Director Anthony Dulude and Brian Green &CO (via Zoom).

 

 

  1. Minutes of Board meeting held on June 28, 2023 minutes.

The Board accepted amendments to minutes for May and June meetings of 2023.

 

On separate motions made by Mr. McGee, seconded by Ms. Dugre, it was voted unanimously, via roll call (4-0) to accept Item I “Minutes,” Item II “Bank Reconciliation,” Item III “Statement of Financial Activities,” Item IV “Retirement Applications,” and Item V “Expenses.”, voting in favor all members.

Bank statements through June 30, 2023. No reconciliations since July, 2022.

The Board deemed the Companies are doing their due diligence with respect to the investment standards set forth in their contracts.

 

RFP- New consultant letter – received day of meeting – Atty. Tom Gibson working with PERAC to

remedy the situation.

 

 

The next meeting of the Holyoke Retirement Board will be held on Wednesday August 30, 2023 @ 9am

 

There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Ms. Wdowiak, seconded by Ms. Dugre, passing unanimously, (4-0).
