MINUTES

 

Pursuant to Chapter 20, Section 20 of the Acts of 2021, the regular Meeting of the Holyoke Retirement Board was called to order by Chairman John McCarthy (present via Zoom) at 9:03 A.M.  Present were Cheryl Dugre, Michele Aubrey and Todd McGee. Absent from meeting Tanya Wdowiak. Also present were Executive Director Anthony Dulude. Chairman Jack McCarthy welcomed Todd McGee as new mayoral appointee.

 

1. Minutes of Board meeting held on November 30, 2022

 

On separate motions made by Cheryl Dugre, seconded by Ms. Aubrey, it was voted unanimously (4-0) on a roll call vote to accept Item I “Minutes,” Item II “Bank Reconciliation,” Item III “Statement of Financial Activities,” Item IV “Retirement Applications,” and Item V “Expenses.”

 

1. Bank Reconciliation:

No reconciliations have been received after July 31,2022.

There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Mr. McCarthy, seconded by Ms. Dugre, passing unanimously (4-0) on a roll call vote.
