Navae, Anne, Gloria, Tim, Chris F. and Mark were present. Chris D. was absent.
Anne Thalheimer, chair, opened the meeting at 6:35. The focus was planning for Thursday’s grants reception.
Gloria will take charge of survey coordination.
Grantee communications were reviewed. Fairy House Craft for Adults has been moved to June 17 at 1:00 at HPL. The Paper Fest event originally  planned for May will now be held this fall.
Thank You notes  for our support were received from the Holyoke Merry-Go-Round (Maureen Costello) as well as Carving Out Your Story Workshops (Andrea Lovett and Karen Chace).
Treasurer’s report- Allocation: $101,905.00  Reimbursed $10,411.81 Remaining $91,493.19  No 2023 extension projects have submitted paperwork. The deadline is May 31 for all grant extension paperwork.
The recent Tamarack Cultural Center series of three events at the Care Center was very well received by Gloria’s students.
Grant reception planning- The hall is paid for. Set up will begin at 4:30. Mark will bring catering from Fame, beverages from Costco, a fruit platter, and ice. Tim will bring tablecloths, utensils, napkins, and catering from Taino. Navae will bring flowers for the tables. Chris F. will bring catering from Crave and background music. The 2024 surveys will be available at the reception and for community distribution. Should be a good time! The meeting adjourned at 7:15.
