Chris D., Chris F., Mark, Anne, and Tim were present. Gloria and Navae were absent.                           
Special thanks to Navae for sending out all the acceptance letters to grantees. 
Several thank you notes were received from applicants including Aliana de la Guardia (New work by Maria Sappho), MABETA, and the Performance Project. 
First Generation has scheduled two performances of Mother Tongue on Saturday, April 19, at the De La Luz Theater at 2:00 and 7:30.   
The treasurer’s report- $101,905.00 (granted out), $77,441.82 (claimed) and at present $24,463.18 (unclaimed).      
Discussion about the 2025 grant receptionApril is preferred, early May is also a possibility. All were in favor of hosting this event again. Venue to be determined. Chris F suggested the Holyoke Culinary Arts Center and will contact them about availability. Fame is also a possibility if HCAC is not available. Discussion of last year’s event, consensus was that we want to have the event catered to make it easier rather than bringing everything ourselves like last year.
The timeline for 2025 was reviewed. Meeting dates are Feb 3, Mar 3, April 7, May 5, June 9, July 7, Aug 4, Sept 8, Oct 6, Nov 3, and Dec 8. Grant review meetings in Nov.                              Chris D proposed marching as a group in this year’s St. Patrick‘s Day Parade — Anne will check with the Mayor and report back.
Anne suggested going on Mass Appeal to promote the HLCC.
