HHA Regular Board Meeting

  1. MINUTES: To approve the minutes of October 2, 2025, and the October 23, 2025, meetings.
  2. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT:

A. RESOLUTIONS:

  1. Approve Change Order No. 1 and the Certificate of Substantial Completion for the Toepfert Apartment Roof Replacement Project
  • Approve the deduct Change Order No. 1, decreasing the project cost $47,660, from $658,019 to $610,359.
  • Approve the Certificate of Substantial Completion and initiate project closeout.

2. Approve the No Cost time extension Change Order for the EOHLC Project 137097 Exterior Door and Window Replacement at Four 705 Units

  • Approve Change Order No. 1, extending the time for completion twenty-nine (29) days to December 12, 2025.

3.  Authorize the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Holyoke Boys and Girls Club

  •    To approve execution of an MOU with HBGC under the same terms as previously executed for the operation of our three after school sites.

4. Approve the Contract for Annual Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Testing and Repairs

  • To Reject Rustic Fire Protection as non-responsive
  • To Award the Two-Year contract for Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Testing & Repairs to Fire Equipment Inc. in an amount not to exceed $76,662 as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder for both Fire Alarm and Sprinkler, Annual Testing and Repairs. This amount reflects the total cost for annual testing of fire alarm and sprinkler systems plus the repairs needed not-to-exceed limit.
