1. MINUTES: To approve the minutes of the July 10, 2025 and August 7, 2025 meetings
2. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT
A. RESOLUTIONS:
- Approve both Phase II Change Order No. 4 and No. 5 in the amount of $484.68 and ($244.54) respectively
- To approve both Change Order 4, which increases the contract by $484.68 and Change Order 5 which decreases the contract by $244.54
- Authorize Staff to attend the Emphasys National Users Group Conference
- To approve up to three staff members to attend the Emphasys National Users Group conference
- 3. Authorize the purchase of Two 2025 F150s
- To approve the purchase of two (2) Ford F150s not to exceed $96,750
- Approve the award of the 5-year electronic Payroll, Attendance and Performance Services
- To award the 5-year electronic Payroll, Attendance and Performance Services contract to Harpers Payroll Services
