Reverse Parking Ban Begins: Sunday, December 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM until further notice.| Parking Restrictions During Reverse Band: No parking on the EVEN-NUMBERED side of the street, unless otherwise posted and No parking on cul-de-sacs We apologize that there is no voice recording available at this time. 1. Approve the Falcetti Tower Resident Door Hardware Change Order No. 1
● To approve Change Order No. 1, a Sixty (60) day no cost time extension
2. Award the Two (2) Year Pest Control Services Contract to Waltham Pest Control
• To award the Two (2) Year Pest Control Contract to Waltham Pest Control in the
amount of $109,780 with Bed Bug services of $95 per inspection, $675 – $875 per
treatment and $150 unprepared fee
3. Approve Change Order No. 2, the Certificate of Substantial Completion, and the Certificate
of Final Completion for the 705 Window and Exterior Door Replacement
• Approve Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $14,737.74 increasing the total
project amount to $142,737.74.
• Approve the Certificate of Substantial Completion

4. Approve the Fourth Quarter Write Offs
