Hello Holyoke Community, please be advised that the Department of Public Works has issued a Winter Parking Ban to begin on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 starting at 7:00 am. There will be no parking on the ODD side of the street unless otherwise posted and No Parking on Cul-de-sacs. This parking ban will be in effect until otherwise notified.

1 South Holyoke Homes Phase II Change Order #1

  • To approve Change Order No. 1 in the net amount of $181,529.80 increasing the contract from $13,947,271.20 to $14,128,801.00 and extending the time for completion fourteen (14) days to July 25, 2025. 

 

2 Toepfert Modernization Project Substantial Completion and Closeout

  • To approve execution of the Substantial Completion Paperwork and Closeout the project 

 

3 Holyoke Boys and Girls Club Memorandum of Understanding Extension

  • To approve the last one-year extension of the MOU with HBGC under the same terms as previously executed.

 

4 EOHLC Year End Closeout

  • Approve those forms required by EOHLC for year end closeout including the Year End Financials Form, the Top Five Salary Schedule and the Lead Paint Certification
