  1. Toepfert Apts. Modernization Improvements (Boys & Girls Club, Previous Property Manager Office; 46, 1A)

 

  • To approve change order No. 1 in the amount of $23,271.29 increasing the total contract amount to $201,271.29 and increase the time for completion 20 days to October 16, 2021.
