- South Holyoke Homes Phase 1 – Change Order 8
- To approve Change Order No. 8 in the net amount of $8,672.12 increasing the contract from $4,329,934.14 to $4,338,606.26 and extending the time for completion zero (0) days.
- Invitation for Bid – Residential Towers Cleaning Services
- Award the contract for Residential Towers Cleaning Services to HUB Cleaning, LLC in the amount of $61,285.44 as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.
- Submission of FY 2023 MTW Annual Plan
- To approve the FY 2023 MTW Annual Plan for submission to HUD no later than October 15, 2022.
- 2023 Payment Standards
- Authorize the HHA to apply the 2023 HUD FMR as the payment standard effective January 1, 2023.
