Notice is hereby given, in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30A Section 21(a) “Reasons for Convening Executive Session”, that the HEDIC may enter Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the Chairperson declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body. The meeting is being held in person and remotely according to the provisions of the Executive Order extended by Governor Healey on March 28, 2025.

The matters listed on this agenda are those reasonably anticipated by the Chairperson which may be discussed at the meeting.  Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law. The meeting may not be called to order if no business is necessary.
