Item 1: Potential wage act issue
*To discuss threatened litigation all of which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares.

Item 2: To discuss the partial or full release of minutes of Executive Session meetings held on June 11, 2024 and September 4, 2024, the contents of which contain discussions of threatened cannabis litigation all of which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares (as well as attorney client privileged discussions). The minutes of these meetings were partially released as of April 15, 2025.

Item 3: To discuss the partial or full release of minutes of Finance Committee Executive Session meeting held on December 9, 2024 the contents of which contain discussions of threatened cannabis litigation all of which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares (as well as attorney client privilege discussions). The minutes of these meetings were withheld in their entirety as of April 15, 2025.

Item 4: To discuss the partial or full release of minutes of an Executive Session meeting held on April 15, 2025 the contents of which contain discussions of threatened cannabis litigation all of which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares (as well as attorney client privilege discussions).
