Item 1: Previous Meeting Minutes
Item 2: Murphy 2/4/20: Order: that the DG&R committee invite Suez project manager Michael Williams to a meeting to discuss their Holyoke operations, including street sweeping, catch basin cleaning, and other issues and services provided within their contract.
Item 3: McGee 6/16/20: Order – (this is a second request) That the city council be provided the contracts the city has with the renting out of the former tax collectors office to Mass DOT, the order approving the moving of the Personnel department to the Annex, and the school department contract/order approving the cafe in city hall.
Item 4: Lebron-Martinez 6/16/20: Order: That the city council have an opportunity to hear from Holyoke Medical Center of the recent announcement of the closing of their birthing center. To ask the president and or appropriate designated person who is able to zoom to answer questions. Also, information be gathered by caregivers and midwives about the closure.
Item 5: Open Meeting Law Complaint filed for meeting that took ploace 4/21/20
Item 6: Public Hearing: 1/21/20: Special Permit applications of Holyoke Landing LLC for (1.) a Drive-Thru Facility (Bank – Drive-Up Teller and ATMs), (2.) a Drive-Thru Facility (Coffee Shop/Fast- Food) and (3.) a Drive-Thru Facility (Fast Casual Restaurant/ Fast-Food) on Lower Westfield Rd. (Map: 117 Block:00 Parcel:005)
