Item 1: BARTLEY 3/21/20: Ordered that the City Council approve an updated inter-municipal agreement between the City of Holyoke with Amherst, Chicopee, Easthampton, Northampton, Springfield, South Hadley, West Springfield, the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission and the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, titled “Memorandum of Understanding for ValleyBike Share, as signed by the Mayor on March 11, 2020.
