Holyoke is currently in the process of updating our Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP). An OSRP is a tool that outlines community strategies for managing and improving natural conservation areas, recreational facilities, and open spaces. Municipalities are required to have an active OSRP to be eligible for certain grant funds.
