Third Annual Chili Cook-Off Text Size

Event takes place on February 15, 2014 at 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM
92 Race Street, Holyoke MA

The heat from the Holyoke Winter Carnival’s Third Annual Chili Cook-Off will surely draw you in from the cold.

Contestants from across the Pioneer Valley will compete for the bragging honors of  Best Chili and the People’s Choice award.  All entries will be judged on Color, Taste, Aroma, Consistency, and Aftertaste. For more details, click on the registration link below.

We’re also adding a new category to the Chili Cook-Off: Best Local Firehouse Chili. Firemen and women from across the Valley are invited to team up and go head-to-head  against other local Firehouses for the title.

The Chili Cook-Off will take place on Saturday February 15, 1:00-4:00 p.m., at the new Gateway City Arts, 92-114 Race St., Holyoke.

Admission is $6.00 per adult, $3.00 children under 12 years. Admission includes entertainment, Chili tastings, and slices of cake from the Cake Baking Contest.
