Item 1: Public Service review of Mr. Seth Taylor’s reappointment to the Conservation Commission

Item 2: Public Service review of Ms. Anja Ryan Duffy’s reappointment to the Conservation Commission

Item 3: Alexander 12/15/15: Ordered: that the Council move to fill the already-ordained Youth Representative seat in Council meetings, advertising, interviewing and filling the seat no later than Feb 15, 2016

Item 4: Alexander 12/15/15: Ordered: that the Council investigate whether PEG funds can be used to improve the City Website, and if so, that such funds be allocated to planning and execution of badly needed site improvements

Item 5: Alexander 12/15/15: Ordered: that the Council work with the Gas & Electric to provide free WiFi services throughout public spaces in the downtown core, and to provide standardized signage indicating that the service is available, for free, courtesy of the City and the G&E

Item 6: Bresnahan 12/15/15: Order that the City Council interview the only applicant that has applied for the position of third Assessor that was advertised from 9/21/15- 10/23-15 in order to be in compliance with the above mentioned laws

Item 7: Leahy 12/1/15: Order: that Mayor Morse and the Tax Collector, David Guzman, come into the City Council chambers to discuss the Head Clerk position that is vacant in the Tax Collectors office

Item 8: McGee 11/17/15: Order: that the legal dept and park and rec dept. look into establishing a community garden at Morgan park.
