The Holyoke Parks and Recreation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 6, 2019 at 5:45 pm at City Hall, 536 Dwight Street, Room 14, to (1) consider and vote that the land at 416 Appleton Street (parcel 061-02-014) is surplus and not needed for parkland; (2) to support a City petition to the General Court of the Commonwealth for a Special Act to remove the property from the Provisions of Article 97 of the Massachusetts Constitution: and (3) to swap said parkland designation to land located at 30 John St (parcel 013-04-006) and a portion of 505 Dwight Street.
