PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

The Holyoke City Council Ordinance Committee and Planning Board, pursuant to G.L.c. 40A, s. 5, will hold public hearings on 12/11/18 to review a zone change application submitted by Tom Adamczyk, for property on 15 Holy Family Rd. (Map 117 Block 00 Parcel 019) Holyoke MA zone change proposal is from current zone R-1A  to proposed zone RM-20. The Planning Board will meet at 5:30pm in Room 403 of the City Hall Annex, 20 Korean Veteran’s Plaza, and the Ordinance Committee will meet at 6:30pm in the City Hall Council Chamber, 536 Dwight St. For information on this application please reach City Council Admin.
