1. Public Hearing of the Holyoke City Council Ordinance Committee on
Tuesday, March 24 at 6:30PM at Holyoke City Hall in the Council Chambers
to hear a Special Permit application of Pride Limited Partnership for a
non-conforming structure at 1553 Dwight St

2. Jourdain 2/17/15 Order: The the City Council change the Ordinance for
Assistant City Clerk from PR 15 (Max) to PR 19 (Step 1) and that the
Mayor initiate this change.

3. Vega 10/30/12 Order: the PR Salary Schedule be amended to increase
the salary of the Office Manager of the Fire Department from PR 14 to PR

4. Bartley 11/18/14 Order: To amend Holyoke Code of Ordinances Chapter
22, Sections 161-163 (Pawnbrokers),and Chapter 66 (Secondhand dealers),
by requiring that all city businesses subject to these laws be required
to photograph any merchandise it receives, buys and sells, and to
photograph any Sellers, and then upload the photos onto a police
computer system for the purpose of making an electronic record.

5. Jourdain 3/18/14 Order: Travel Policy 2-48 be amended to further
specify no personal use of city owned vehicles, no operation of the
vehicles by non-city employees, no occupancy of the vehicles by non-city
employees unless it is incident to an authorized official use. That we
further explore the necessity of providing a city-owned vehicle to
certain listed/non-listed personnel, as well as, consider if other
non-vehicle means of reimbursement would be more appropriate. Further
that we consider providing other amendments to the ordinance sections
related to city owned vehicles as necessary.

6.. Vacon, Jourdain 12/16/14: Order: That department head positions,
appointed or elected, in the Supervisory Group currently designated “no
regular hours” be designated to be a minimum of 35 hours per week and be
available to the public when city hall is open

7. Lisi 6/17/14: Ordered, in accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 40C, Sec. 3 the
City Council adopt an ordinance to establish the Polish Heritage Local
Historic District, as recommended in the Final Report and shown on the
map submitted by the Fairfield Ave. Local Historic District Commission,
attached hereto.

8. Alexander 11/9/13: Ordered that the Council consider amending Zone
SC to allow for certain other business

9. Alexander 3/4/14:Ordered That city create a Shopping Center
Zoning Code designed for such large-scale districts, including but not
limited to the Kmart Plaza (King Street), the South Street Plaza, the
Holyoke Crossing Plaza, the Stop & Shop Plaza (Lincoln Street); taking into
account both present tenancies and desired future development of such
properties, with appropriate criteria to ensure proper development and use
of such properties; and further, that the City rezone all such properties
into the new Shopping Center Zone.

10. Alexander 11/18/14: Ordered: that the Council consider allowing parking as a principal use by special permit in each Zone presently in use in the downtown area, and craft permit criteria to properly regulate such use.
