Mars Robotic Rover Mission with Holyoke Codes

Build a Mars rover with the MINDSTORMS EV3 robotic kits and code your own app to control it. Then you’ll drive out of the space station to complete your missions. People ages 9-109 are invited to join us to learn about coding and robotics. If you’re younger than 11, please bring someone along to help. Free registration at

Join us for an evening in Holyoke with San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz. Mayor Cruz will speak about the transformation of Puerto Rico after hurricanes Irma and Maria. This event is free and open to the public. Please note that in order to allow the highest number of attendees, this will be a standing room event. There will be no tickets in advance: first come, first serve! Maximum capacity is 500 attendees. Doors will open at 6:00 pm. The restaurant and bar at Gateway City Arts will be open for the entire evening. There will be limited seating prioritized for attendees needing accommodations.
