• To approve to award the Phase I Roof Replacement and Exterior Finishes at Beaudoin Village to Larochelle Construction, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in the amount of $381,747.

2) Tenants Accounts receivable Write-offs for the second quarter of FY 2018

• To approve Tenants Accounts receivable Write-offs for the second quarter of FY 2018 for $6,574.09.

3) NAHRO Uniform Physical Condition Standards Certifications.

• To authorize travel of two inspectors to UPCS training in Cincinnati Ohio.

4) Executive Director Salary Schedule.

• To approve submission of DHCD Executive Director salary schedule.
