A) RESOLUTIONS

1) Budgets FY 2020 – Presentation by Fee Accountants

• To accept the FY 2020 Budgets and submit to HUD and DHCD for approval.

2) Bank Transfer to Housing Innovations and Programming, Inc. (HIP)

• To approve the transfer of $160,775.60 from the Housing Authority to the Housing Innovations and Programming Inc.

3) 2020 Utility Allowance

• Authorize the HHA to apply 2020 recommended utility allowances effective January 1, 2020 for all moves and March 1, 2020 for annual re-certifications.

4) Invitation for Bid – Elevator Maintenance, Test & Repair

• To award the Elevator Maintenance, Test and Repair to ThyssenKrupp elevator in the amount of $91,400 for a two-year contract, commencing January 1, 2020 as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, contingent upon HUD approval.
