A) RESOLUTIONS

1) Central Maintenance Facility – Ventilation Project

• To approve deduct change Order 1 in amount of ($4,312) reducing the total contract amount to $285,483 and a ninety- three (93) day time extension.

2) On Call Designer Selection

• To approve award of the two year on-call, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity agreements for Engineering Services to Tighe & bond and The Berkshire Design Group, Inc., as the highest ranked proposers.

• To approve award of the two year on-call, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity agreements for Architectural Services to Caolo & Bieniek Associates and Architectural Solutions Inc., as the highest ranked proposers.

3) Payment Standards 2020

• To approve HHA to apply the 2020 requested FMR as the payment standard without increasing to the 2020 HUD FMR. Effective January 1, 2020.
